I drank them pre-op, tried to drink one last week, made me very sick, I think it made me "dump"

According to my nutritionist, anything less than 5 grams of sugar and carbs is okay. If it is much over, then not. However, everyone seems to have different guidelines. If you are looking for a ready to drink protein shake, I have tried the EAS carb control shake. Low sugar and carbs, 17 grams of protein and tastes pretty good.

Yeah I'm drinking EAS now too. I like them. You can get them at wal-mart.

My NUT saids that all the protein drinks that are sold in grocery stores has a lot of sugar and to avoid them at all cost. I drink Premier shakes from Costco and Sam's club. I hear Walmart has them too. :)
