This is going to be a awesome day! It is not only your surgery day and the beginning of a lifestyle change and the road to healthy living, it is my 43rd birthday.

While you all are under anesthesia getting your new stomachs, I will be enjoying some mashed up green Beans from Luby's for Phase III of my post op diet. I can't wait! Yum yum I am longing for the 12th
