Bed Wedge?

Has anyone used a bed wedge after surgery?...I'm thinking it will help with the pain getting in and out of bed when I first get home....I'm considering this one...http://www.contourliving.com/p-19-mattress-genie-adjustable-bed-wedge.aspx
