Hi,

I am on my 3rd day of the 5 day pouch diet.

I am confused about days 3-5.....

Do I eat only what is on the 3-5 day menu or can I ALSO eat days 1&2 like creamy Soups and/or Protein drinks?

I regressed to earlier stages anytime I felt like it and still do - do ONLY what you feel like doing - be very, very good to your new, permanent best friend!
