Tummy Probs

So, do Any of you get Diarrhea often? I had been doing pretty well with regular bowels but today I've had diarrhea all day. It's so gross. What causes this?

    Sadly right now I do. Of course I've been on nothing but liquids and squishies for weeks now. So it's more than likely the lack of solid food causing it. LOL I've been thinking about adding cheese to everything I eat lately to see if that helps any. :blink:
