I ordered a free bariatric choice catalog and was wondering if anyone has tried the wonderslim products. I am thinking about ordering the sample assortment.

I have thought about it because I have heard of them before, but not really looked into the nutritional values...would you please keep up updated - a review if you order them, perhaps?

I actually tried to use the Wonderslim shakes on a liquid diet. I lost 20 lbs but the liquid diet was difficult to maintain because I was starving most of the time. However, I'm hoping that the liquid diet will be easier to live with after my surgery.

I tried them for awhile specifically because they are offered in low calorie, asparatame-free, soy-free, and dairy-free versions. My favorites were mocha and cheesecake but all of the flavors that I tried tasted pretty good. I believe that the Wonderslim shakes are supposed to provide adequate nutrition for people on liquid diets. I'm planning on getting some to use after my surgery. The Wonderslim shakes run around 100 calories each packet which means that I will try to drink at least 6 a day after my surgery.

I am 2 weeks post op. I loved these shakes pre op but Do Not like them post op. The reason is pre op I could drink them down quickly, Post op it takes an hour and within 10 minutes they start getting thick and pudding like. Also, they only have 15 grams of protein, I need 80 grams a day. I was drinking them nonstop the first coupe days post op o get to 80 grams They taste good, just too thick and if you add more milk or water to loosen it up, it means even longer drinking time. Hope this helps
