So I've been pretty scared to try the elliptical. I've heard it referred to several times on here as a "helliptical" LOL. Yesterday though, when I was meeting with my PT, I asked her to show me how to do it, and it was surprisingly easy to work. Of course, I only lasted 3 minutes on it and thought I would die. I can do 2 miles on the treadmill now in under a half hour, but this thing killed me. Today though I made it 5 mins
I like to think that if I switch up my cardio machines, it will help me break this stall that I'm in, so I'm adding that now to my work outs. Usually I will do 2 miles on the TM and 2 miles on the rec bike. Now I'll just keep adding more mins to my elliptical. Does anyone have any advice if thats a good thing to do? Or should I only use one machine at a time?
