Honestly, it sucks! I decided to eat a low calorie low carb meal for dinner (typically a salad). My blood sugar was dropping & I was starving. How are things going for you?

Yep you are right it sucks, and my diet plan says that I can have a salad with 3-4 oz of protein at supper which is (you are right) life saving!

Well, I feel better now...thanks! I figured that eating one low cal meal wouldn't hurt, considering that some doctors don't prescribe full liquids. :)
