Egg Drop Soup

I am 8 days post op and still on clear liquids, is it ok to have egg drop soup...minus the solid pieces?

    I drank egg drop soup during my clear liquids phase, leaving the solids in the cup. It's pretty high in sodium, but it was a welcome change from the protein shakes. :)
