Tips

If oatmeal is a little runny let sit for a few minutes and it will firm up. Also, add fruit or Cinnamon to a half cup to keep calories low and get extra nutrients!

Ingredients


  • Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 4 serving
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
    GNC 100% whey Protein, 2 serving

Directions

Add all ingredients together. Add Water until desired consistency. 2 minutes on high temp microwave; stop and stir then 2 more minutes high temp microwave; stop and stir then 2 more minutes; stop and stir.

Serving Size: Makes 8 half cup servings.
