June 5, 201214 yr I've been looking into this since whey is derived from milk, & I'm not a dairy fan. What I have found so far is that most vegetable Proteins are incomplete. They lack essential amino acids. But if you consume several different vegetable proteins you can put together a combination that would supply all your needs. There is an exception to this, keep in mind this is from researching the web, not personal account. Hemp seed protien does contain all 21 known amino acids & can be obtained in a 50% protien to weight ratio, meaning that a 40gram serving nets 20grams of protien. https://store.nutiva.com/hemp-protein/ I would be really interested in any information anybody else has found.
