I guys well I dropped 15 lbs that was required by the nutritionist for the surgery cleared on 5/10. My coordinator took 10 days before ahe gave me my surgery date (6/4) bu the time I started my liquid diet 5/21 I had gone up 5 lbs. I've lost 3 of those five already and hopefully the rest by 5/30 my last doc visit before surgery.

My question is, did anyone lose and then gain back a few before surgery? Did the doctor still do the surgery? I'm also spotting right now hoping to finish my monthly before my surgery.

wish I could answer you better. My surgeon requires a 30 day pre-op diet of 30g carbs or less, those are total carbs not net. My surgery is June 4th too and started the diet a while ago, actually have lost 23lbs from the diet but did have a couple of weeks of nothing. I don't know why but I'm so anxious about the surgery, why do I have to be the tupe of person who seeks out the horror stories....

I'm freaking excited too!! My mom keeps asking me if I'm nervous and I'm like nope. Unjust want to get it done already lol
