Hi every one,I've waited 3 years to have my sleeve,finally my op is on the 31 may,startedy preop diet 7 days ago I'm a bi confused at my last appointment the nurse gave me a list on what to eat 4 options the first is 5 pints of milk a day, the second 4 cans of soup a day and 2 yogurts,the third is milk and yogurts, the fourth eggs fish meat fruit milk tea coffe diet coke jelly yogurts veg?obviously I chose option 4 but I really don't think that's right ,can I have some thoughts on that please,surgery 8days away and I'm very scared.

The problem is I've got 8fays to go so I've stuck to wot she said for the last 7 days, I'm worried if I'm doing something wrong?

You need to call the nurse and ask her that question. It just occurred to you today that something might be wrong with the options you were given? The pre-op diet is usually intended to shrink your liver and detox you from things like caffeine and sugar. Call the nurse. It will ease your mind.
