OK, I was sleeved April 30th. I lost 10 pounds the first week but haven't lost anything in 2 weeks. I don't know what to do. I'm not allowed to exercise yet. I'm not eating much. I'm drinking all of my water. I have had a couple of glasses of iced tea....

well, i would say your body is adjusting to everything: the surgery, fast weight loss in the beginning, new diet. how much did you lose pre-op? stalling is normal. be patient and keep doing what you're doing. the weight will come off. you may see inches lost first :) good luck!

I had the same thing happen to me. I haven't lost anything for about 3 weeks now but I weighed myself this morning and found that I finally lost 6 more pounds. I think it does have something to your body readjusting to the procedure. Just stay strong and keep on going with what you are doing and it will change.

I finally started losing again. I lost 20 pounds pre-op and now 17 pounds since surgery. I went Tuesday 5/29 and had only lost 1 pound since my 2 week post op appt.

Good news is that same day I also had my diet progression class!! I'm so excited to CHEW something. :)

Thank you for your support.
