Im assuming the answer is yes but i have to ask... Will i be able to run once im back to eating solid foods? Im not talking like running a mile on the treadmill more like 5ks and races. How do you carb up before running or get hydrated enough? Im only 8 days post op but im changing my habits and im going to start going to the gym once i can do more. I find it very hard to get water down? How will this effect running and exercising in general? what do i do if i get dizzy or about to pass out? If i cant drink quickly how do i rehydrate?
any suggestions will be appreciated
