Any Advice

So I start my pre-op diet on Monday, May 22. It's 5 shakes or protien bars a day with one actual meal and at or under 1200 calories each day... Any help words or advice...

My pre-op was only 650 calories. I did mostly shakes. They surprisingly kept me full for the most part. Just try to stick to the plan!

Yea...the food Net Work went out the window with my stomach!!!!!!

Diners, drive-ins, and dives is my food porn! :P I love to watch it. But Since I'm such a picky eater I know I would never eat most of that stuff. Plus that would require alot of traveling.
