Ok..going Back To The Straw Issue..

Once I tried the straw ..I am getting way less air than when I sipped with a regular cup or bottle. This in turn has made for less pain for me. Thanks to all of you who advised me to try it. It has made a huge difference!

I found that warmer water went down better than room temp or cold water. I'm still struggling to get in all the water. My doctor again yesterday told me NO straws. I have used one, but didn't notice a difference with the amount of water I drank.

I use a straw too. I actually drink slower with one and don't get gas issues.
