Clamcase For Ipad Is Awesome!

The ClamCase for IPad that is advertising on this forum is fantastic! I just got mine, all white, (they have black and one called Trooper that is modeled after the Imperial Troopers in Star Wars; black and white). It has a bluetooth keyboard in it which to me is much easier than typing on the screen keyboard. When you close it it puts the IPad to sleep, wakes it up when you open it. Holds a charge well and charges easily.

The case opens 360 degrees so you can set it up vertically or just hold it like an uncased IPad as well as horizontally to make it into a netbook-looking pc.

It is rated #1 by PC magazine, Editors Choice.

Thanks Gman! I just got a new iPad and have a skin for it so we at least can avoid dropping it but this sounds like something I would really like - will check it out!

I had one for the 1st model and hated it. Best keyboard, yes, but just made the iPad super heavy and bulky. I can type pretty well with the onscreen keyboard, and so I've just gone with a thin cover on the back and a smart cover on the front of my 3rd gen.

That's funny. I don't see any ads here at all.
