I've been on my own pre diet of slim fast.. unjury shakes and light meals.. at first it was really hard the first two days.. but now i'm finally feeling fuller for longer periods of time and not like i'm starving!! i can't beleive it' s only two weeks away...i'm very ready and excited for that day to come!!

I can't believe it's only 2 weeks away now! They really didn't tell me much about the liquid diet because my dietician kept pushing their own products on me so it's nice to hear what others are eating for their diet. I didn't buy their things because it was expensive. I'll just drink water if it's going to be that expensive. Lol. But I'm excited to go do some grocery shopping. Buying things other than meat. Lol.
