I'm in a size 8 Levi jeans for the first time in I can't remember when!!! I think I was around 23 or 24 years old. I'm so happy I'm bouncing up and down!!!

Ok I'm envious... mind you I didn't say jealous, but you go girl. I wish I could and can say that one day like you have! I've never been smaller than a 14, so I hope to know what that size feels like... ONE DAY.

Keep rocking it girl! Boo yeahhhhh! Congrats... happy dancin'

Thank you for the encouragement. IDK how that will ever happen, but that's what my dr. says too. I love to work out. LOVE it... I'm a creature of habit (elliptical 5 miles a day before surgery).

I hope to be where you are one day. You keep it up girl.. you are ROCKING it! I wish you only the best to reach all of your goals :)

Wow it's been since high school for me since I've seen an 8. Ten when I had my first kid and 16 @surgery and now a possible 14. So not much loss since surgery 8 weeks ago but I'm at least moving in the right direction! I think I'll take down my motivational pic of myself when I was smaller and use yours instead!!!! You go with your size8!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
