I just realized how different the serving sizes are on the protein powders! My NUT wants me to drink Isopure which I keep hearing has 50 grams of protein, and I also bought some Nectar which has 23 grams. The whole time I am thinking I am getting in so much protein since I have been drinking two Isopures a day, but then I just noticed, duh, that the serving size for them is TWO scoops. and the serving size for Nectar is 1/4 scoop= 6 grams protein.
I am such a dunce sometimes. Guess I will have to up my amount now.
