My NUT has me on 4oz protein meals with two 2oz protein snacks.

I get up at 6:30 I must have breakfast usually cooked cereal which I make with soy or lactaid milk for extra protein or an egg then at 10am I have a muscle milk light has 20gms protein 100 cal. is only 8oz container. At noon protein 1/3C. beans with shredded cheese or meat/veg in the afternoon like 2pm I I have a protien bar or peanut butter 1tbsp. with 1/4 banana. dinner meat with veg and/or baked potato avg. of 1/2C. total. I was a diabetic before sleeve and was use to my eating schedule due to meds. this works for me I am 12 wks. out and have lost 45lbs. Good luck!

Sounds pretty good, not sure how far out you were but for example at 3 months out I was doing a protein coffee in the morning (decaf), then 3 meals with approx 15-20 grams of protein at each. If I needed add'l protein I would either do an oz of cheese or some lunchmeat for a late-nite snack.
