Ma so excited to share tht today I was approved for the vertical sleeve!!! Overall this process was a lot quicker than expectednt only too me about 6 weeks, from seminar to approval, to get approval! My insurance is bcbsnc and I am thrilled that this process was as simple as it was its time for me to sit on the losers bench!

Thanks!!! , I have not talked with my surgeon yet, just the insurance but when my pre- surgical coordinator submitted the paper work they said it would be on the 20th of this month which I may Have to change to the 27th for work reasons ( insurance gives me 90 day window to reschedule is need be) but it's soon and that's all that matters!

I had gotten approved with the 6mo nut appointments(which I had done prior to wanting wls), letter from my pcp, pulmonary consultation, 2 sonograms and an endoscopy..I hadn't had my psych eval or clearance from my cardiologist so im not sure what they were looking for but im not going to question it
