My Pre Op Diet

Y pre op diet starts tomorrow and im kinda nervous, im afraid i cheat being that i dont handle just liquis all day very well. Any sugestions?

    I have the same fear. My pre op diet begins next week. But I just keep telling myself how bad I want the surgery and what would happen if I do cheat, they could postpone my surgery and I don't want that.

    Is anyone using HMR? Would you mind bringing me through a day on the liquid diet? I have purchased HMR 800 shakes, and tried going a couple of days doing 6 shakes a day (this is roughly 1000 calories) but I am not entirely clear on the intended calorie intake.. Thanks

    Premier Protein shakes from sams. My doc recommended theese, they have 30g protein and only 160 calories. Take three of thoses a day. I can also give u the instructions from my dietician. Thats the diet im supposed to start tomorrow.
