Difference between the 2 bands?

Can someone please tell me where I can find out info on the differnce between the 2 inamed bands. How do they choose what size you will receive?

    One band holds 4cc's, the other holds 10cc's. My understanding is that the doctor uses that band that fits around your stomach. If the 4cc is too small, they use the 10cc band.
