6 Week P O Question

I'm 6 weeks post op. and I was wondering how many people ate nuts like almonds and mixed nuts and how soon.

I know people recommend using the surgeons guidelines but it's not on there.. So I was just wondering what the majority says!

    I eat almonds daily and have since about 6-7 weeks out. I am 11wks out now and have had no problems. They are an excellent source of Protein and good fat so i eat 1-2 servings per day.

    I LOVE almonds.. Thanks for the reply! I might start working them into my diet, I'm trying to get protein without the shakes lol :-)
