I need to loose 10lbs pre-op so I can move on to the next step so I can get a surgery date. Anyone have any tips to loose it fast & healthy?

Low carb and sugar, high Protein shakes. Worked great for me. Also use a nutrition tracker like Myfitnesspal.com or similar. Nothing will make you behave better than writing everything you eat down.
