So with my surgery date of April 12th fast approaching I'm starting to feel a little panicky inside. I feel like I'm as prepared as I should be by now. I've given up coffee and soda but have not stopped drinking with meals yet because it feels impossible not to! I'v found that I'm wanting to eat everything that is not nailed down because I think I won't be able to ever again. It's rediculous. I guess the food addiction thing is much deeper than I had realized before. I'm feeling scared that I will be miserable after surgery when I am not able to calm my nerves with food any longer. Any thoughts? What were your thoughts and feelings 2-3 weeks before your surgeries?
