Need Help For Post Op Diet Please...

My nectar samples are on backorder. I was supposed to choose my flavors from them to mix with my Bariatric Advantage wild berry punch crystals. So, I decided just to mix a little of the crystals to check out the taste and I don't think I'm gonna be able to stomach that 3 times a day post-op! Before I call my Dr. Office in am since this is what they have in their post-op instructions to take what are some alternatives? Did any of you take vitamin pills instead after sleeve? Is the double stuff nectar good for first 2 weeks post op? What are some other good flavors? Need to get this stuff ordered soon. Thanks :)

I did some of the nectar Protein - the roadside lemonade was pretty decent mixed half with Water and half with lemonade crystal light. Some of the other flavors were too strong.

My surgeon and nutritionist OK'd me to take a softgel Multivitamin (Nature Made multi complete) because I couldn't stand the liquids or chewables.

I thought the nectar was Ok prior to surgery, after surgery, I can't tolerate it, its just too sweet. I wouldn't order too much. If I could do it again. I would get just enough stuff on hand for about a week, then go to GNC and try stuff....after surgery. My tastes have changed so much. Don't know if it will last but the thought of sweet stuff turns my stomach. Best of luck to you.
