Has anyone tried the urban rebounder or mini trampoline workouts?? Thoughts, suggestions??? I bought an urban rebounder off groupon for 40 bucks.... Looked good!!

I want to purchase one, but have been afraid to because of the weight restrictions. However, my classmate is a personal trainer and strongly suggested the trampoline to me. Let me know how it works. I still want to purchase one though.

I've had one for years (it's got a high weight limit), and the video was very inspiring. My kids have been the main users of it. When I jump on it I feel like i'm going to barf. And my dog won't stop barking at me. But don't let that discourage you. A trampoline literally works every cell in your body! Now that's a good workout
