I have a question about cheese. I am in the Mushy phase right now and I am not sure if I can eat melted cheese.

Has anyone had any experiance with this?

Thanks

I CAN eat cheese like Velveeta melted, but even 2 yrs out I can not tolerate alot of melted shredded cheese's. You the how shredded cheese gets all bloby like, it's like it sits on top of my band :)

Now I know that I and a few others on the board, on mushies had taco bells Pintos and cheese :P and that went down fine

I am in exactly the same boat as Nana. I can eat melted velveeta cheese, but that is the only kind. Any other kind of whole cheese, shredded cheese or melted cheese causes a major PB for me. Sigh, I miss cheese. :think

melted cheese in something like refried beans is good. If you have any restriction at all I wouldn't recommend eating anything where the cheese could just sit in a glob in your stomach. That is miserable and cheese takes forever to go down when it gets stuck!
