Depends on your BMI google BMI calculator. Most have to be 40 or above unless u have other health problems then maybe BMI low as 35. Depends on your height and weight. And cost for cash pay varies from 8k to 20k just have to shop around but it's cheaper in Mexico maybe 5- 6k ???
