Medifast Shakes?

I have my surgery scheduled for March 9th and I am trying to get prepared. I previously tried the Medifast diet and have several boxes of the shakes left. Would these be appropriate for right after surgery? The shakes are 90 cals, 13g Protein, 15g carb. Thanks:) I am very nervous, excited, and terrified to fail!!
