These awesome flavors have a thicker consistency than most Proteins. They mix well, and a blender is not needed to have a smooth taste.
I love my Protein shakes really cold so I just add unsweetened almond milk and Lean Dessert Protein to my Blender Bottle and shake a few times. Then I put it in the freezer for 30-45 minutes, take it out, and shake again. This way it tastes more like a milkshake than Protein Shake!
