I asked a while back about eating nuts and people were saying its like a six month wait..

I was told I could have protein bars week 7 and on.... but lots of the protein bars have nuts in them..... is it ok to eat the bars and nuts... or stay away from both

I'm 3 months out and I've been eating nuts for a while :blush2: i didn't realize that it could be a problem!!!!

I've been eating nuts for a long time, too. I love almonds these days! Guess I should have asked about that at my last visit!!
