I'm looking for ideas on clear liquid Protein drinks for the first couple of weeks post-op. Doc said it has to be in whey protein isolate form.
Tried Pro-stat and a couple of the protein shots and they are horrible. I kept wondering why people on the forum kept complaining about not being able to get their protein in--now I understand. I don't know how I'd get that down with bouts of post-op nausea.
I just tried Protein2GO drink mix and it was waaaay better. I'm just not sure whether it's considered a clear liquid since it's sort of milky and not exaclty clear. And it's only 10g of protein in a serving.
Oh, and what's the best-tasting Isopure?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!!!
