How long????

How long was it before any of you could start back at work? What about lifting, certain things at your job? Light duty? I'm not yet banded, and no date yet, but am going to the seminar in Springfield,(Ma) on this thurs. Aug. 3rd, and will start the process then. I will be banded, one way or the other. Just a matter of time. Best of luck to all of you, no matter where you are in your journey.

My surgeon said no lifting of more than 25 pounds for the first six weeks after surgery. I went back to work after 8 days.
