I am little discouraged since i have not lost anymore weight since my last fill of 2cc's. The doctor told me it was time for another fill. I have lost a total of 16 lbs since banded on May 24 ,06. I know my band only holds 4cc's so hopefully this second fill will do the trick. Has this happened to

anyone else? Also I don't really have any restriction after the first fill.

I so agree you have to count every cal and stay be low 600 cal per day. I am always hunger its coming more from my mind than my stomach.. This web site now takes the place of food reading all this information..
