Entering Mushy Stage...need Ideas Asap!

I am just about finished with my 2nd stage liquid week, mostly living off of Cup O' Soup and potato soup. I need some ideas for the beginning of the mushy stage, so that I can get some variety (and much more protein!) in my diet!

Thanks, all!

I grabbed Soups and blended them. Any and all. My favorites were lentil/ham, chicken/veggie and turkey chili.

... and cottage cheese, which is good, but be aware some folks develop lactose intolerance post surgery.

My mushy stage included canned tuna and chicken, so I would make tuna or chicken salad with a bit of dill relish (check if this is OK with your nutritionist). Tuna in particular is packed with protein. I also ate greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and lots and lots of 2% cheese (again, this isn't always allowed in the mushy stage so check with your nutritionist or your food plan from your surgeon).

Cottage Cheese (but I had problems with the curds getting a little stuck), Yoplait Lite Yogurt, I also added unflavored protein mix to pudding and yogurt for the extra protein. I know its a lot to keep up with, but make sure you dont forget about your protein. Im having to backtrack as I am loosing hair fast!!
