    El paso is the closest unless you want the lap band.

    You can get the bypass around here, but no one does the sleeve. I went to Dallas. I figured if i'm leaving New Mexico for surgery, and paying myself-- I'm getting the best. Dallas has a LOT of good surgeons that do the sleeve.

    Hey Dooter I'm actually looking into Dr. Kim! :) El Paso is my 2nd choice. How was it traveling to Dallas?

    I'm in the early stages of meeting with my surgeon. I'm choosing to go with a Dallas doctor too. Was a bit nervous about it all until I met him! Wasn't impressed with the seminars I went to in ABQ. What do you do for local support?
