Hello everyone!

I am currently waiting for my surgery date. I am going to have my lap band surgery on 8/28/06 and am a little nervous. I have to fly to Mexico to get it and am wondering if anyone else here has had the surgery done there? My insurance will not cover it here in the US. That sucks!:think

I had mine done there 2 weeks ago and feel wonderful. I've lost 21 pounds and lots of inches. Dr. Rodolfo Sanchez done mine in Monterrey Mexico and he is absolutely fabulous. He's done more than 6600 of them I know for a fact. You will do fine. There were three of us that day and Funny is one of them and she is doing great and losing. I don't know where your having it or who is doing it but Mexico is fabulous and you will love it.
