Hi everyone,

I'm new to this site and I am glad I found it! I was approved for VSG about a month ago and have been schedule for surgery to be done on 11/23!! so, no turkey for me!!! lol

I feel aweful doing this to my family right the day before Thanksgiving, but I needed it the extra days off from work (not enpught vaction time) I'm really happy and as the date comes closer I am feeling very anxious. Today I started my pre-op diet and so far I'm not hungry. lol

thank you Tenna and Liliana. Good luck to you too!!! I have sooooo many mixed emotions yesterday. I was even reconsidering this whole thing, but I managed to put myself together and move forward. I started my pre-op diet today and I have the worst headache, I guess I'm having carbs withdrawl... lol
