100lbs gone!

Hi all,

I began this journey in Jan of this year at 440lbs, I lost 45 on weight watchers for my 6 month Dr. supervised stuff and I have lost 55 since my surgery July 21st. I have bought and worn jeans for the first time in almost 20years! My hubby had this surgery a month after me and has lost 103lbs! We are parents to two lovelies from China and wanted to live long enough to see my girls grow up and walk them down the wedding isle. I feel very blessed that God has led me down this path, it's not a perfect one but I feel my weight loss is in my control for the first time since I was 5 years old. Just go for it....don't let anything stop you! Thanks for all the support through the months and God Bless you all. Tracy w.

Congratulations! I am happy for your success. Somehow - having little ones will certainly motivate you to want to see them grow up. I know the birth of grandchildren really helped crystalize my motivation to change my life.

Best of luck on your continued journey.
