I take a MVI, B complex, Vit D3, & Calcium.

I also looked at Dr. Cirangles hair loss kit and purchasing these seperately.

Costco and they usually have at least one coupon a month for vitamins

vitacost.com is my go to online pharmacy when I need to order stuff. I get my organic ground flax seed there, and when I was experimenting with Calcium Citrates, I ordered several from them. Plus, they carry a variety of Protein powders/mixes and my husband uses them when he's bulking up. They have flat rate shipping regardless of shipment weight so I would make a bulk order once every couple of months, and be set. I think my favorite thing about vitacost is that they carry everything, I can get my son's mulit, skin stuff, lotions, and various other crap that I could pick up at a retailer, but some of the brands they carry aren't available in our area. Plus, I get coupon codes and various other discounts that I use to cut costs.

I've been using Celebrate Multi Plus and their calcium citrate for nearly a year so I order direct from Celebrate.

I get my sublingual B12s at Walmart for about $5-$6.

Everything is cheaper at vitacost. They have everything you can think of.

The only thing I don't get there are my calcium citrate choc chews which come from Bariatric Advantage on auto ship. I still take calcium citrate capsules which I get from vitacost.

Costco! And, they just happen to have everything you will need:

- Chewy Multis

- Chewy Calcium

- Hair, Skin, & Nails Supplement (not chewy but I half them and have no problems)

Fiesta has a HUGE variety of vitmains and supplements and the price is good.

They have several liquid vitamins, and liquid calcium too.

I think it is because hispanics use quite a bit of home remedies rather than modern medicines.

I've used BJ's Bariatrics. Their shipping costs are high, but I've gotten coupons for discounts on the stuff I buy. It lets me do Celebrate and Bariatric Advantage in one order. I'll look into the Vitacost though.
