Pre- op today.. SO happy!!

1 month after getting my lapband unfilled I had my pre op today and I actually lost 3 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was soooooooooooo happy!!! 1 month from tomorrow I will be in sleeveland!!!

    Congrats! I'm a band to sleeve VERY happy customer! I had my band emptied 1 week before surgery and gained 5 lbs! But that's me!

    Good luck, you will be so happy to get rid of that band!

    That is great! I had my band unfilled YEARS before removal surgery. I was surprised to discover that even an empty band gives some restriction because I have been super super hungry since about a week after it was removed.

    I don't have a sleeve date yet because I can't find a long window to be off work yet....
