I booked mine through http://www.beliteweight.com/ they did EVERYTHING! I only needed 3 days off work, so I booked mines in the middle of the week --towards the weekend to have some extra days off, and when back to work on Monday.

The only thing I had to take care of way my airline flight. EVERYTHING else was taken care of by the agency, and "No Hotel" needed.
