B12 tablet (not sub-lingual)

As some of you know I live in Middle East and shipping pills can be hard. I have run out of sublingual b12 and the only thing i can find is tablets for swallowing.

They are called Cobal Mecobalamin 500mcg. I need to take 3 tablets a day.

Does anyone have any experience of them? Are these any good?

Thanks in advance

I'm reading my B12 vitamin bottle right now and it says Vitamin B12 500mcg (as cyanocobalamin) so i'm assuming it's the same thing. Mine are swallow pills too. No problems with mine. Good luck
