Mixed Day

Today is mixed bag, saw my doctor yesterday and I am stalled on weight loss for the last week. On the good news, my sleep study results came in and I am no longer diagnosed with Sleep Apnea so I get to turn in the CPAP equipment.

    10/19 just saw your post, my surgery is 12/7 - hope i can throw machine out a few weeks after surgery too. congrats on losing your cpap machine
