4 Month Surgiversary

Well it's been an interesting 4 months. I can say that the sleeve is officially the BEST thing I have ever done for myself. I have lost 119 pounds including my pre-op weight loss. I'm wearing a size 26 (down from a 32/34). I have had more non-scale victories than I can count. I have so much more energy and am enjoying life so much more.

Wow, congrats!!! That's awesome, I am 4 months out now too, I can't believe how time has flown and how much better I feel. The Sleeve has truly changed my life! Keep rocking that sleeve!

:)

That is awesome!! So happy for you!

I too am a litle over 4 months out 19 weeks today as a matter of fact. I am so close to goal I can taste it, but it is getting really hard to lose. I have lost 1.5lbs in 3 weeks and feeling really defeated!! I do everything right and NOTHING!! The sleeve IS really a lifesaver tho because other times when I would feel like this, I would just give up and end up gaining weight!!. I can't do that now!! I have to keep doing what I do and can't eat a pizza or 10 oreos! That is what makes it so worth it.

Keep rockin' that sleeve girls!!

Kelly

That's awesome, lady! You are a success.

Great news!! The last 30 or so pounds are hard for me and I do get discouraged. But ....seeing how well you've done, gives me inspiration.----Nana
