Sooooo... I have tried a million different protein shakes and protein shake recipes and have hated them all! I am almost 3 weeks post op and sadly have not been getting nearly enough protein! So I ordered tons of samples from different places and FINALLY found two I can drink, one of which I absolutely love! Vitalady's rocky road and the caramel latte!! The latte taste just like a cappuccino or latte you'd buy from a Star bucks. Gonna order some more ASAP! It's kinda pricey but I def don't wanna lose muscle or more hair than I have to! Gotta give this my all! :)
